Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required for select services to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total balance.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellations, no-shows, or same-day rescheduling. With at least 24 hours notice, one courtesy transfer may be allowed.
Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit is received.
